Inspection Manager respects your privacy.
What Data This App Uses
The app stores information you enter or create, including:
- Inspection details (property code, address, notes, statuses, parts)
- Photos taken for inspections
- App settings (report/logo/email defaults and related preferences)
Where Data Is Stored
All inspection data and photos are stored locally on your device within the app’s storage.
Data Collection and Sharing
- We do not collect your inspection data on our servers.
- We do not use third-party analytics or advertising SDKs.
- We do not track you across apps or websites.
When Data Leaves Your Device
Data leaves your device only when you explicitly choose to share it, such as:
- emailing reports from within the app using your device’s mail composer
Camera and Photo Access
The app requests camera/photo-related permissions only to:
- capture inspection photos
- include photos in reports
- save/access photos needed by app features
Data Retention and Deletion
Your data remains on your device until you delete it (for example, by deleting inspections, photos, or uninstalling the app).
Children’s Privacy
This app is not directed to children under 13.
